Job Summary

Providing essential support to clients, the full-time Florida Licensed In-Home Services Coordinator will manage service delivery, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with care plans in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and in-home services, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
  • Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring compliance with care plans and timely notifications of any changes
  • Review client records for compliance with relevant laws and standards, while collaborating with community agencies for comprehensive care
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Experience in gerontology and/or medical/social services preferred
  • Scheduling or logistics management experience is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare profession is beneficial
