Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing legal matters ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely collaboration
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential legal risks
• Conduct in-house audits and provide legal advice on operational procedures and compliance

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the bar (Florida bar license preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on case management
• Broad range of business knowledge and skills in areas such as customer relations and financial management
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
