Key Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies, draft legal documents, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Advise on legal risks related to policy interpretations and claims settlements
• Collaborate with the claims department and provide legal support while ensuring compliance with insurance laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automobile bodily injury and property damage claims litigation
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
