Job Summary
To support a high-performing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Inside Broker will manage a broker's book of business, providing technical expertise and customer service while working remotely or in a hybrid environment across various U.S. locations.
Key responsibilities
- Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial casualty business
- Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, and terms
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and carrier partners
Required qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license
- 3+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience
- Strong background in Commercial Casualty placements
- Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows
- Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
