Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching the correct coverages and products
• Represent the brand and connect customers to suitable products while ensuring a customer-centric approach

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and schedules
• Proficiency in PC skills and typing capabilities
