Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the brand and provide exceptional customer service while closing sales

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for closing sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
