Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
