Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service while representing the Liberty brand
• Participate in comprehensive paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
