Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and converting leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program to obtain necessary licensing and develop sales skills

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
