Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC use
