Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in comprehensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
