Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

As a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, managing inbound sales inquiries without cold calling

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
