Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time opportunity as a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
