Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time opportunity as a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, converting them into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PC skills and typing capabilities
