Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs to convert them into policyholders while enjoying a flexible work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales calls and consult with customers to identify their insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain the necessary Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
