Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions with prospective customers
• Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers
• Maintain compliance with company and industry regulations while managing sales production and quality

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred; assistance available for obtaining a license
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus preferred
• Open to working weekends and nights
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
