Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Employee Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Market and generate new sales of group health insurance products through agents and new client relationships
• Coordinate new business sales activity with team members and service agents/brokers effectively
• Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and maintain knowledge of industry markets and products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related selling environment, preferably in health insurance (required)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• Active Life & Health License (required)
• Solid understanding of insurance products and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
