Florida Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Florida Licensed Inside Sales Representative will manage sales of insurance products, focusing on client retention and upselling while collaborating with agents and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with PEO Specialists to enhance retention and new sales activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience
• Maintain knowledge of PEO industry markets and products to effectively service agents/brokers and support renewals
• Utilize internal systems for tracking sales activities and metrics, and assist agents/brokers in presenting products to clients

Required qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience in a selling or telemarketing environment
• Understanding of insurance and PEO products, preferably from a PEO marketing or selling program
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in web browsers
