Job Summary

Utilizing a consultative sales approach, the fully remote Florida Licensed Inside Sales Specialist will advise small business clients on their insurance needs, promote Gallagher's services, and manage incoming leads to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to clients using provided resources
• Build relationships with Producers and Vendors to generate referrals and leads
• Manage client information and follow up on leads to support new business initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• One or more years of small business sales experience in insurance
• Active P&C license in good standing
• Strong organizational skills to thrive in a high-volume lead environment
• Ability to learn and adapt within systems
