Job Summary

Florida Licensed Insurance Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for servicing client accounts, managing the renewal and marketing process, and preparing materials for presentations and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts, actively participating in meetings
  • Prepare requests for proposals and draft renewal presentations while reviewing proposals for accuracy
  • Maintain client files and handle billing inquiries with support from the Accounting Department
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred
  • More than 3 years of client service and/or industry experience
  • P&C Insurance License required
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a confidential workspace while working remotely
