Job Summary
Florida Licensed Insurance Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for servicing client accounts, managing the renewal and marketing process, and preparing materials for presentations and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts, actively participating in meetings
- Prepare requests for proposals and draft renewal presentations while reviewing proposals for accuracy
- Maintain client files and handle billing inquiries with support from the Accounting Department
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years of client service and/or industry experience
- P&C Insurance License required
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a confidential workspace while working remotely
