A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist customers in a work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs
• Educate customers about coverage options and available products
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Bilingual positions require fluency in Spanish and English
• Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet and a wired computer connection are required
