Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs
• Educate customers on coverage options and available products
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
• Must have a designated workspace free from distractions
• High-speed internet connection and a wired computer setup are necessary
