Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Licensing Training Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
• Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support to policy holders with any requested policy changes

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Florida
• Cannot currently or previously hold any prior Insurance license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
