Job Summary

Preparing candidates for the State Insurance Exam, the remote Pre-Licensing Training Agent will undergo a 7-day paid training program and subsequently assist policyholders with billing inquiries, policy changes, and complex consumer issues while utilizing their Florida Licensed Insurance Agent credentials.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level matters
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support for policy changes requested by policyholders

Required qualifications

• Must be located in FL, IN, or TX
• Must meet state requirements to obtain an Insurance License
• Must have a laptop or PC with a webcam for the training course
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
