A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join a general liability defense practice in Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of general liability defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, and attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in general liability, insurance defense, or civil litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team
