Job Summary

To support customer service excellence, the full-time Florida Licensed Insurance Producer will manage customer inquiries, provide quotes, and enroll clients in various insurance products while working in a hybrid environment from Sunrise, FL or Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining benefits over the phone
• Document customer information and manage production-related activities, including complaints and escalations
• Build meaningful relationships with customers through a customer-first approach and personalized service

Required qualifications

• Active Resident General Lines Producer insurance license (2-20) for Florida applicants; Property and Casualty AND Accident and Health licenses for Arizona applicants
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to become appointed as a non-resident agent in applicable states
• Fluency in English
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
