Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for multiple insurance products and make outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes
• Establish relationships with clients while meeting monthly sales goals and tracking personal performance
• Navigate computerized systems for data entry and complete mandatory training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) plus year of sales-related experience
• One (1) plus years of call center and/or insurance experience
• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in applicable states
