Job Summary
Engaging with active insurance shoppers, the full-time Florida Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will work remotely to handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS, utilizing their insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions without cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through various communication channels to drive sales growth
- Utilize consultative sales strategies to convert warm leads into customers
- Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet service expectations and productivity standards
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in Florida (preferred) or ability to obtain with support
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
