Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist (Virtual) - 1099 Independent Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intakes and assessments with K-12 students and their guardians
• Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into services
• Provide culturally relevant counseling and engage with school personnel and families

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) without restrictions
• Licensed in Iowa for a minimum of 3 years
• Possess an additional license in specified states or be eligible to apply for one
• Ability to enroll with insurance companies, including Medicaid
• Proficient in technology and able to navigate various software applications
