Florida Licensed International Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, International Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Review foreign income tax provisions for US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring overall reasonableness and compliance
• Assist with managing and reviewing local country tax returns, US international tax compliance, and reporting
• Develop tax modeling for specific markets and assist with special projects, including M&A and tax audit defense

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Economics; Master's/Post Graduate Degree preferred
• CPA (or equivalent) with public or private accounting experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in international tax preferred
• Prior experience leading/managing direct reports and external consultants
