Florida Licensed IT Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support medium complexity projects, the full-time Florida Licensed IT Application Analyst will manage application analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation while collaborating with team members and the user community in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to resolve technical problems and optimize application performance
• Design, test, implement, and support system changes and enhancements within assigned products
• Create and maintain build documentation while analyzing business operations for design decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a physician practice or hospital
• 5+ years of Epic Application configuration/design experience
• Ability to develop Level of Effort estimates and track actual time worked accurately
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users
• Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field is preferred
