Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer & IT Recruiter to work remotely in support of their Miami Beach office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent sourcing through various methods to identify qualified candidates
• Manage a high volume of candidates and develop pipelines in niche areas based on market needs
• Schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring effective communication and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
