Florida Licensed Lead Triage Nurse

Job Summary

Collaborating with Care Coordination leadership, the full-time Florida Licensed Lead Triage Nurse will manage patient triage and provide individualized nursing care while ensuring compliance with professional standards and state regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing team activities, organizing and assigning work to nurses
• Prioritize and manage incoming symptom management calls from patients and families
• Assist in the development and oversight of departmental workflows and educational programs for nursing staff

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse License in the state of employment
• OCN certification required within 12 months of employment
• Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Two years of oncology experience
• Prior telephonic triage experience
