Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the M&A Counsel in contract negotiation, drafting, and overseeing due diligence on deals
• Develop policies and workflows related to M&A processes and maintain a library of form documents
• Support corporate governance matters and educate Corporate Development personnel on legal considerations

Required Qualifications:

• Bar admission and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of M&A experience, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
