To support a growing law firm, the full-time Florida Licensed Legal Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, and interns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruiting strategy to maintain a healthy legal candidate pipeline
- Build referral relationships through professional networks, trade associations, and law schools
- Ensure smooth candidate transition throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years lateral attorney recruiting experience required
- Stakeholder management experience required
- Experience onboarding and supporting the new hire process required
- Experience using AI within the recruiting process required
- Use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
