Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Research and Writing Specialist to support its practice groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze case documents, discovery, and records
• Conduct legal research utilizing LexisNexis and draft various legal documents
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants while managing multiple assignments and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense and related areas
• Experience in legal research and writing at a law firm or as an appellate law clerk
• Proficiency with legal research platforms, specifically LexisNexis
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must reside in Florida and be able to attend hearings and trials if needed
