Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management - Liability Legal Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage responses to discovery requests in General Liability and Fleet lawsuits
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and outside defense counsel to gather and organize information for liability claims
  • Assist with managing property damage subrogation matters and participate in small claims court processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • At least two years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in general liability claims
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and various state court systems
  • Ability to show discretion and integrity, multi-task, and make quick decisions
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule, including some travel
