Florida Licensed License Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Florida Licensed License Specialist will track and process various license applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely filing of licenses
• Maintain copies of all licenses and an activity log in provider services files
• Proactively complete all licensure applications accurately and timely

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions through relevant work experience, training, or education
• Two-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management preferred
• One year of related work experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
