Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, a Florida Licensed Litigation Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex bodily injury litigation claims in Florida
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements with all parties involved in the claims, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling Florida third-party bodily injury litigation claims
• Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty)
• Knowledge of Florida tort reform
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective claims evaluation and negotiation
