Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and respond to discovery, legal research, and writing
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and statements
• Work independently with minimal supervision on complex commercial litigation cases

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Prior experience at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Florida
• Outstanding references
