Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury & Commercial Litigation Attorney (Permanent).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on complex litigation matters at all stages, including document discovery and court filings
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, participate in status conferences, and argue motions in court

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury and commercial litigation experience
• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a top regional or boutique firm preferred
• Licensed and in good standing in Florida
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment
