Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitration matters, the remote Florida Licensed Litigation Attorney will handle case management, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in arbitration hearings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution
• Review evidence and develop case strategies in collaboration with in-house legal stakeholders
• Represent the client in arbitration hearings and manage interactions with opposing counsel

Required qualifications

• Active Florida bar license
• Litigation experience, including courtroom or advocacy experience
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
