Job Summary
Managing a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitration matters, the remote Florida Licensed Litigation Attorney will handle case management, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in arbitration hearings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution
- Review evidence and develop case strategies in collaboration with in-house legal stakeholders
- Represent the client in arbitration hearings and manage interactions with opposing counsel
Required qualifications
- Active Florida bar license
- Litigation experience, including courtroom or advocacy experience
- Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
