Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability claims, the fully remote Florida Licensed Litigation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
