Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Florida Licensed Litigation Paralegal will summarize medical records and bills, communicate with clients and counsel, and manage documentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents while creating medical chronologies and bill summaries
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel in a collaborative team setting
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe to manage documentation and tasks efficiently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on medical and bill summaries
• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, or general liability is preferred
• Basic medical knowledge and experience in reviewing medical records is a plus
• Familiarity with Florida Court procedures is preferred
• Must be a current resident of Florida
