Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to manage litigation cases and handle complex legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file arbitration pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents
• Organize and oversee document productions and manage exhibits
• Provide support for deposition preparation, trial binders, and exhibit compilation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Familiarity with arbitration processes, particularly FINRA
• Proficiency in handling state and federal court litigation and e-filing systems
• Certification as a paralegal or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
