Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents
• Manage a high volume of foreclosure, eviction, and collections cases
• Communicate with clients and coordinate necessary documentation for cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in creditors' rights
• Proficiency in conducting legal research
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
