Job Summary
A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to manage administrative tasks related to legal cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and depositions for the attorney
- Maintain case files and manage document production and organization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education or some college preferred
- 3-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience or knowledge of Florida's mortgage litigation cases
- Certified Paralegal certification is a plus
- Familiarity with case and document management software
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research activities
