Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to manage administrative tasks related to legal cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and depositions for the attorney
  • Maintain case files and manage document production and organization
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education or some college preferred
  • 3-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience or knowledge of Florida's mortgage litigation cases
  • Certified Paralegal certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with case and document management software
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research activities
