Job Summary
Supporting a top financial institution remotely, the temporary Florida Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage claims and litigation matters, respond to discovery requests, and assist with subpoena responses for a contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Research claims, collect documents, and identify relevant witnesses for litigation matters
- Draft responses to discovery requests and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation-related inquiries
- Analyze legal orders for validity and manage fulfillment records while ensuring compliance with privacy laws
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a large law firm or litigation boutique
- Extensive experience responding to discovery requests and subpoenas
- Deep familiarity with the lifecycle of litigations and arbitrations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience in managing complex legal orders and documentation processes
