Key responsibilities
- Develop legal arguments, motions, and case filings in collaboration with attorneys
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with the preparation of trial materials
- Manage e-filing in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with local rules
Required qualifications
- Paralegal certificate required
- 3+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience with e-filing systems and federal filing
- Proficiency in legal technology, including Westlaw and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Medical Chronologies preferred
