Job Summary
Supporting plaintiff personal injury matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, the fully remote contract Litigation Paralegal will prepare and respond to discovery, communicate with clients, and assist with trial preparation and case management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to discovery and litigation documents for attorney review
- Coordinate depositions, deadlines, and other litigation activities
- Request, organize, and review medical records while maintaining organized case files
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Hands-on experience with Florida plaintiff's litigation is required
- Strong understanding of discovery and litigation procedures
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury matters is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with legal technology and AI-assisted workflows
